Our goal is to achieve maximum functionality of the space and improve the productivity of your employees. We strive to communicate your firm's image through our conceptual design and we remain on the project to see it through to completion.

Residential Design

Our top priority is to take the time and get to know our client’s taste, style and vision. What makes a well-designed space a “home”, is the personal touches carefully placed throughout. Our areas of expertise include complete home renovations and new constructions, kitchen & bath design, ceiling & lighting design and room redesigns. We also do work for multi-family developments, as well as the design of model homes and leasing/sales offices.

I have been working with APK Designs for about a year. I know that sounds like a long time, but it's because Agni is an amazing designer. When I finish a project I am so happy with the outcome that I decide to do more. When I first started to work with APK it was for a kitchen remodel. The finished project was so beautiful I decided to do my dinning room, family room, formal living room, and two bathrooms! My house now looks like it should be in a magazine. Dere Street Restaurant:

Ms. Agni Kyprianou was hired as the interior designer for my new restaurant and commercial bakery in Newtown, CT. She proved to be much more than just my designer. Agni handled all aspects of the project including architectural designs and acted as my General Contractor overseeing the entire project. Whilst I hired the plumber and electrician Agni proved to be an invaluable source for all the other contractors needed to complete the project. She was given the task to design a contemporary restaurant and bakery inside two historical buildings. She far surpassed my expectations, designing a bright, colourful interior, the likes of which has never been seen before in Newtown, CT. The buzz words I gave her to work with included, modern, hip, colourful, bright, conversational and boy did she come through. If you are looking for a designer who has it all, I have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding creative young lady. She is easy to work, always available and full of great advice and ideas. The greatest thing about Agni is that you can just let her run with your vision.

Sandy Hook Promise:

We call our office Promise House because that's what it is, a house. It's a home away from home for 17 staffers who work together like family. Our house doesn't have the traditional office feel. Agni designed a space that's both beautiful and comfortable. From the moment you walk in it feels warm and inviting. Her design includes gorgeous hardwood floors, custom wood desks and conference tables, and a warm color pallet. The volunteer work space and kitchen cabinetry is functional and homey with coordinating granite counters. The conference rooms are enclosed with etched glass. Agni created a fabulous "home" office for us. It's an environment in which we are all proud to work.
